The term "merchant" refers to individuals or entities registered on this platform who use QubePlug to create and operate their own eCommerce websites. All store owners, whether active or inactive, are considered "merchants." The term "customer" refers to individuals purchasing or placing orders through merchants’ stores hosted on the QubePlug platform. The term "you" or "user" refers collectively to merchants, customers, and visitors accessing any part of the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on QubePlug. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Store Creation & Usage

QubePlug allows users to create online stores and sell products or services. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any store that violates our policies.

4. Payments & Transactions

QubePlug supports various payment gateways for transactions. You are responsible for managing refunds, disputes, and chargebacks with your customers. Transaction fees may apply based on your subscription plan or payment processor.

5. Subscription & Pricing

QubePlug offers different subscription plans with varying features. Fees are billed on a recurring basis as per the selected plan. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use QubePlug for:

• Selling illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or misleading customers.
• Uploading harmful content, malware, or violating intellectual property rights.

QubePlug and its content, logos, and trademarks are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your store but grant us a license to use it for promotional purposes.

9. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users can close their accounts at any time by contacting our support team.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
